It is my first time going to ECCO store and I was very happy! When I came, Jeffry was working by himself and he seemed to be very busy. When he saw me, he dropped his work and straightaway greeted me nicely. He is very knowledgeable and patiently explaining me what makes ECCO special. I was very surprised as I never thought I could be served amazingly like this in retail store, even when I just came in randomly and unsure of what I need. Thank you, Jeffry and ECCO. I will come back to this store in the future.
Great high quality shoes with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ringo was extremely helpful at explaining the different types of shoes and how they are made. Excellent shoes and excellent personalised customer service. Thank you Ringo and Ecco.
Shoes didn’t fit my foot unfortunately but the sales person, I think his name was Gabriel, was so helpful and professional. I’d recommend others shop here
