I was very disappointed with your service in Chatswood branch. I've got a Pandora bracelet as a birthday gift from my husband. I tried to exchange to  another item. While we were in the shop, i looked at other items which would be more suitable for me. Finally, i decided one other item which is for looking to be an ankle bracelet and I have double checked with shop staff whether or not. The staff said 'yes'. So, I chose it. When i left the shop, i realised the size was not fit to my ankle and came back for exchange it once again. We have asked but the staffs, Lucy and Iris, were laughing and yelling of my language difficulty. I felt serious discrimination. Also, they said that they won't exchange it in the Chatswood shop because of no reason and saying it is Pandora's policy. I called a friend who speaks better in English and helped me for appropriate communication. Honestly, we felt they were laughing because my English was poor. Even if my friend tried his best, the shop manager refused the call and said  "you should  exchange it another store". NOT in Chatswood.  I wonder Pandora really has this kind of policy regarding exchange of item for limited times in a shop. Also, apart from Pandora's policy their attitudes were definitely disappointed as a representative. I still remember those staffs kept laughing in front of me and spoke themselves. I have never seen this horrible manner in Aus anywhere else.  We've got a great loyalty with Pandora before as it is one of global companies but not anymore. I believe they really need a customer service traning and respect customer in any occassions. Again, really disappointed.

I took my bracelet to be cleaned yesterday at 4:30 and picked it up at 6. Honestly I've never seen the bracelet cleaner, it was actually gleaming!! Thank you for spending time to really clean each and every charm and the bracelet itself :)

Pandora has such friendly staff and although it looks like there are too many staff members, it is never enough. On a quiet friday night i asked for my rings to be cleaned and was returned still dirty. I might pop over to the store in Chatswood Chase next time.
