Very Rude lady overcharged me. If you're not pressed for time, go to the other shop upstairs, on top of Coles. At least they're kind and professional there. This shop even messed up my brand new Seiko, which wasn't cheap. I'm super annoyed and would totally recommend that no one ever go here.

Watch World above Coles. Batteries replaced in three Swatch watchers. $30; 20 minutes. Prompt, friendly & courteous service.

Extremely unimpressed with the service provided here. I asked for a battery change and a link removal. They overcharged me for the link removal and then failed to replace the battery and damaged my watch whilst trying to prise it open
