Had a wonderful experience here buying gifts for Christmas. The staff are really friendly and helpful and seem to genuinely listen to what your looking for. I came in twice on different days to buy presents and each time I was really happy with the experience. They have an amazing collection of women's jewellery and some of the most incredible crystal display pieces and ornaments I've ever seen. Would definitely reccomend the store and their products.

Incompetent and rude staff. Mu husband visited the store this morning just to get the smaller size of crystal dust bracelet which was available in only bigger size in Macquarie shopping center store. My husband clearly said we want 4.9 size but still staff sold him bigger size 5.5 and now making us visit the store again to exchange. Such a waste of time..need to visit the store all the way again because of staff mistake

Buyers beware~ always hang onto your receipt when you buy from SWAROVSKI because without it they will not negotiate. Was told by their HO that they sell fine jewellery and with rings you have to take them off every time you wash your hands!!!!!!! otherwise the stones get loose and fall off. So, unless you do not wash your hands regularly, stay away from their stoned rings!!!!

Very disappointed with Swarovski Chatswood Westfield, there after sale customer service is non existent and they are very rude. Will never buy anything from them again.
