Big thanks to all the team of Diamond Elite for their great service and amazing attention to detail. Not only is the ring I had custom made beautiful, it is exactly as I pictured it in my head... If you want anything custom designed you should definitely go and visit Diamond Elite. Much better than any other jewellers out there and they give you REAL down to earth prices. I always had a particular design in mind for my engagement ring. After much research and discussions with many people I found Diamond Elite to be the most accommodating and competitively priced. He provided the best diamond specs with the budget I had, of which 9 other recommended wholesales & shops ( Australia & Internation ) were not able to meet. A huge thank you to Michelle for your incredible all-round customer service, ongoing assistance throughout the design process and meticulous attention to details. However any initial doubts faded quickly after beginning the design process with Michelle. Quite easily the best customer service I have ever experienced. Michelle was pleasant, enthusiastic throughout the whole process, prompt with communication and above all professional. She was accommodating to all my requests with every spec discussed and addressed in details leading up to final production. I was also blown away by the brilliance of the diamond that Michelle sourced for me, which is perfectly complimented by the ring setting. Amazing experience and the final product was better then I imagined. Highly recommended :)

Salesman was concise and efficient, and made my experience easy. Sale price was a good catch. Metals and gems are all high quality so you don't need to keep asking what carat all the gold is and what grade the diamonds are. Salesman explained advantages over comercially made products, and had great answers for any question I had about buying and selling jewellery. Chose to go with this over another store and even spend more than I planned because the service and product quality was great. Other staff were friendly and helpful.

My experience with Diamond Elite has been exceptional. Not only were the engagement and wedding rings we bought of excellent quality, but the price was also extremely reasonable. Jessica, from Diamond Elite, has continued to look after us by providing fantastic after sales service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Diamond Elite to my family and friends...which I have. Thank you Jessica and Diamond Elite. You have been able to add to our wonderful experience of getting married!
