Arrived at Store At 3pm to read a sign ‘back at 3:50” …. Understand there are staff shortages and I work in retail, I would never leave my shop unattended for such a long long time. Might be an emergency so I hope that’s not the case.

My heart sinks as I sit here feeling deeply disappointed by the customer service received from Tigerlily. I was gifted something from here that I had been eagerly looking forward to wearing, but to my dismay, it didn't fit. Even though it had never been worn and still had all the tags attached, they refused to make an exchange. The cherry on top of this disappointment is their callous request for a receipt from my beloved grand who is unwell and unable to provide one. This is not just a disappointment, it's heartbreaking. I returned it to the store without getting it exchanged or refunded : never buying from here ever again.
