First of all the ice cream is nice because of the chain famous sea salt ice cream. We enjoyed the ice cream there. 

Service, however, is so-so. The people doesn't seems to want to service anyone. 

Seating is really lacking, and there is no bins within the shop so you had to carry your own rubbish out or just leave it there. 

I prefer the city one with better service.

I just bought this lavender honey icecream for $4.50. It neither tastes like lavender nor like honey. It doesn’t have any flavour and just a load of sugar. I’ll never buy anything from this store again

Friday 2:00 pm staff is very disgusting. I ordered cotton candy icecream and then that rude girl misunderstood popping candy. So i ask 'can you change? Ill give extra charge.' And she said 'you ordered popping candy' just like that. Why i eat that dont want that. Even though i paid!!!

Just as good as the ice cream at the george street store. Really enjoyed the lychee flavour on its own. And as always, love the matcha green tea with the biscuit and marshmallows :)

I love tofu flavour and the fairy floss tastes so nice! P.s. Sea salt flavour seems too salty for me. Not recommend.
