I have only had good experiences with OPSM since I started seeing them a few years ago. Nothing but positive things to say about the Westfield store.

I needed a visual field test report for the endocrinologist I'm seeing exactly a week from today. No one in Lane Cove could give me an appointment the same day, so I took up my wife's suggestion to try someone in Chatswood. I thought of OPSM on the 4th floor where we usually park, so I phoned and chatted to Mathews, the Store Manager, who gave me an 11 am appointment, enough time to drive to Westfield,  park and present myself. Gaya, the young optometrist, was professional, prompt, knew all the answers and handed me the report within minutes. Altogether a very pleasant, rewarding experience the same day I needed a service done. Thank you.

Spent an hour at Specsavers & found one pair of glasses that were 'just okay' - with absolutely no one making an effort to serve me. Then found they couldn't do lenses for sports sunglasses (Oakleys). Went to OPSM - greeted as I walked in the door, can do Oakley prescription glasses, and found 3 pairs of glasses I loved within 15 mins. Guys were very helpful in providing info for me & were quite happy for me to phone through my order and post out to me (I live out of town). Yep, it's going to cost me more out of pocket, but happy to pay for excellent service and superior product.

I sought OPSM over Specsaver (which I regret now) for my contact lenses consultation.
The initial test was for an hour and was tested to go ahead with the contact lenses (charged $150.00).
Once my stats were taken, I was asked to visit a week later for getting my contact lens.  Optometrist then trained me in wearing the lens and was given a disposable lens (for 1 month period).
As I started using it, it became apparent that the Stats were not taken properly.  When I called them, I was told that it would take time to get adjusted to the lens.
However, even after 15 days of trial, I was feeling uncomfortable with the vision and it was evident that the tests were not done properly or that the lens were not of the correct reading.
Eventually I ended up losing over $300 for nothing!! Now I am back to wearing my old glasses.
I regret not going to SpecSavers now, who I had experienced earlier, were more professional and cheaper.  Waste of time and money!!! OPSM – never!!!
