This five star review is for a lady who works here called Kristina with a K. What an absolute gem of a person she is. Extremely professional, caring and just the best. I needed something two weeks ago and I met her after 2 weeks and she still remembered that and she remembered me and all the details. Best place to go with less budget , yet can buy a lot of things .nUnfortunately, today I didn’t get the slip resistant foam shoe of my size 6. It was out of stock .nBut still is a good place for shopping , specially for the kids .
I went to this Kmart about 2 weeks ago as this is the only store that had stock of the items I wanted and been meaning to write a review for both staff Ravi and Annabelle they were so helpful at the help desk and their customer service is great! I had a problem with 3 items and they resolved it fast! Their customer service was the best I’ve ever encountered at a Kmart.nnThank you !!!
I had an amazing experience with teenage girl called Caitlin M. She showed me exactly where the clothes I need was and when I asked if there was any stock left she went and checked and didn't leave me hanging! What a rare occurrence. She truly took pride in her behaviour and attitude and presented herself very well. You should be very proud of this employee!
This is my local - I’m here nearly every second day. Every time and I mean EVERY TIME I ask especially one of the younger female retail workers for help or to go in the right direction they are unbelievably rude and hold so much attitude. Customer service is 0 which is fine but not sure why they go out of their way to be so rude? No stock is ever out they just stand around talking. I feel like I’m interrupting them and like I shouldn’t be asking for anything.
