This Kmarts only redeeming factor is that it’s close to my school and the helpful staff at the registers. I normally don’t mind the mess but I was sent over the edge today when I saw this disgusting spill. Please for everyone Kmart, do better.
Extremely poor customer service with very rude staff. The woman at the checkout counter, Amelie/Emily was extremely unhelpful and rude when checking out items and just sighing and making faces the entire time. Moreover, she had a very disrespectful tone when conversing with me and responding to my questions. I don’t like being disrespected and spoken to rudely for just trying to buy some household items. Kmart please do better.
I wanted to buy some summer clothes but all there was were clothes scattered everywhere! They should change the structure of how they like the clothes and hang everything up. The toys are opened and covered with what not. And it's always triggered me when coming here. Behind cheap prices can be danger
Completely unhelpful staff. The store is an utter mess no matter where you go. It is 7:20 pm and they have closed the dressing room so you can’t try anything on. The woman even suggested that I should buy everything and then return it if it doesn’t fit. What kind of policy is this? Absolutely ridiculous! Worst Kmart have ever been in.
Tried to cable management box $19 for 3 sizes but the staff said no stock even the system indicated an inventory of 11.nnAfter scouting the family technology area, I found one, very lucky.
