In my experience the staff here have been poorly trained in customer service. While two staff members were chatting I waited beside them in plain view for a break in their conversation. While they knew I was obviously there, it was disappointing how long it took for them to acknowledge my presence. I didn't mind waiting and I didn't want to interrupt so that was not a real issue. When they finally decided to ask me what I wanted, I inquired as to where the volleyball or tennis nets were, to which one bluntly replied 'we don't sell them', and then the other quickly agreed. I didn't mind the fact that Kmart didn't sell what I was looking for so I said 'thanks' and walked off to browse. In the sporting section there were 2 different products which both had either a volleyball or tennis net. And funnily enough while I was looking in that section the first Kmart employee walked by and saw me holding the box while reading it, and he quickly glanced down and kept walking. The ignorance is not disappointing, but the complete lack of customer service training is. SIGH...

Last night, one of the girls at the female fitting rooms ignored me as i went in to try on clothes. I was also ignored by the aussie girl when i returned a pair of pants. The customer service is non-existent and the team members are so lifeless there!

Exchange and refund policy is great here. Try Android Pay here, even with Amex. EFTPOS tap and pay works too.

I give 50$ to the Machine and they didn’t give me back my money . I going to Kmart for 4thtime to ask about the money and they said it’s don’t have any money . Then , I asked about camera around there and they said it’s camera don’t work :) fkh

It's a good and busy kmart. Needs more self serve registers though.
