I'm not surprised to see what other customers have to say about the extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. We went to buy a pair of safety shoes for our daughter, and the staff 2 females and 1 male kept completely ignoring us when there was no one to be served. They appeared to be "so busy" checking the prices of shoes, but God knows what on earth they were doing. But somehow my husband chased behind and got one staff to find a shoe. And we needed a different size, again we had to wait and stare at their faces, where they again kept ignoring us when there were no customers. Finally, my husband had to ask them to get another size. Maybe racially induced ignorance because after us a white couple arrived 2 of them tried attending them. I believe the staff at Fountain gates need some training on how to treat everyone equally. Very disgusting manners, they are lucky they have a job. No stars this incident happened on 22nd of December 2022
The staff were really helpful and patient. I was easily serviced but the wife was difficult in choosing her shoes but the young man attended to her with great patience.

I rang the Fountain Gate store to enquire about a shoe I wanted to purchase as its a long drive so I didn't want to waste my time. The lady that answered the phone was rude and very dismissive when I asked what they actually had. Ordered what I wanted online. Very disappointed that that is the attitude customer service people have.
Very small shop but i am a sketchers fan - nice shoes, but you need a biger store, way too busy with only 4 people inside.
The girls that working yesterday 11/9 were extremely helpful and lovely. Came in for a pair of shoes for my 4 year old and myself and they didn't complain about the dozen pair of shoes we tried on and were happy to run to the storage to get my desired style outside the store. There is enough seats and plenty of room for a pram/trolley. Thanks guys for taking the stress out of shoe shopping :
Absolutely disappointed with the customer service at Fountain Gate! My mum went shopping and wanted to buy 3 pairs of shoes. However the rudeness from the sales staff was so bad my mother had to walk out in absolute anger and disappointment! Saying things like “omg hurry up and tell me the right size” and “I have a lot of work to do”. It happened on the 1st of February 2021 at approximately 1430hrs. If the staff working on that day can be given some customer service training would be great! It’s really awful to hear that my mother had to go through such a horrible experience!
Went to store some days back. Very rude customer service I must say. Just tell me one thing how come a person know about the shoe without touching it. The lady said let me know the shoe you like but don't touch them, I will bring size for you. Excuse me. How will I know that shoe is comfortable or not without having a proper look. If customer service girl would have thought that we were there for a time pass, then let it go dear because you don't know my status. On the top store music was so loud. Omg is this a store or a club. The only thing I liked in the store was the girl with orange dress. She was kind and helpful in answering the question.
Went to buy a pair of shoes for work, was egnored for about 10 minutes until I said excuse me, I was the only person in the shop at that time. Sales girl was looking up a pair of shoes for me then proceeded to serve another customer so after waiting another 10 minutes and asking again if I could try certain shoes on finely recieved 2 of the 4 pairs I wanted and was left again, not even I will be back from sales girl. I just walked out. Very disappointing after working all day on the front line driving 20 minutes to purchase work shoes and having customer service so poor.
