I am fuming right now. My son bought me some shoes from the Narre Warren store on Friday as a gift. Obviously he was not buying them for himself and your salesgirl did not inform him of an apparent no refund policy. As it turned out the shoes were the wrong size but also not really my style. We went back into the store today to return the shoes as I didn't like anything else in the store and were refused a refund. I feel that my son was taken advantage of and am not happy that he was given a credit note as there is nothing I want to buy from your store, especially now! Wouldn't have even given one star in this review but I had to in order to post it.

Your only paying for the brand. I went to the shop in Fountain gate last night to do some last minute Christmas shopping and I went into the shop and it said 2 pairs for $170. I bought two pair and I had to collect the second pair at a nother store I. The city which had stock. I picked it up on my way home I looked inside the shoe and I looked at the information small are whic said upper- none leather , inner- leather. Before buying I asked the salesperson and she said it leather so that’s why bought it. I whent back explained it to the sales manager about the problem and there refunded me. Because i don’t where none leather shoes. Also if you buy one it costs $110 which is really not the market price for a synthetic material shoe. Pls next time don’t always listen to the salesperson and even if there says it’s genuine leather just double check it before buying it by looking inside the shoe. I don’t really think it’s Italian brand there just trying to trick us and so we just buy their product. But your not actually paying for the product, your only paying for the brand. Cheaters!

Worst service I have ever received, your money is better spent elsewhere with the money that they are asking for non leather shoes even though the sales people lie and say the entire shoe is leather. The sales people couldn’t even tell me where they are made!!

Very friendly staff and helpful. I love these products . Best service. I recommend to visit this store.

the staff at highponit are horrible, they look at you up and down and won’t ask you for help . I’ve been in twice knowing what I want but I just leave.
