Nice store! The pricing on their shoes is pretty good. They’ve got such a wide range it’s pretty cool. Seems to be mostly high heels and stuff from what I can remember, so it’d be helpful if you have some kind of event like a wedding or a formal coming up soon.

Great customer service! Went to famous footwear for one pair of shoes left with two with the help of Natalie  : it was busy however She took her time and was happy to help and sweet with her words. Definitely coming back, not many stores offer that type of service.

Went in to look at high heel sandals. I was looked after by Saba. She was so helpful and absolutely lovely. I ended up buying two pairs. Thankyou Saba for your wonderful customer service.

Bought some great ankle boots. Nice price. The staff were really helpful, very attentive and very polite.  I'm happy.

I always shop at Famous shoes at Fountain Gate and DFO South Warf. First of all, the customer service at both these stores has been amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience …..The staff are always so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to assist…..  In addition to the service, Famous shoes is my favourite brand of shoes not only comfort wise but also style wise and value for money !  I would definitely recommend shopping here !!

horrible service!  went into the store on the 12/5 thursday around 8:15pm- 8:20pm to try and find some boots. the sales girls were too busy talking to each other about having wednesday off from work and going out.  tried to get their attention several times, which was ignored everytime.  counted AT LEAST 12 times where the sales girls looked at me, turned their heads and walked past me as i was trying to get some help.  felt disgusted and angry as this is ridiculous.. wont buy any products from there.  dont know if anyone else had this sort of experience...

Me and my friend went in there looking for boots and sandals and the two ladies working at the time were absolutely amazing they made our entire day. They helped us find shoes that matched our dress, they were very polite and friendly. Price is also very reasonable with huge and nice variety of footwear.

If I could give 1 star I would what rude shop assistant.  Absolutely not a people person. Thank god for online shopping so you don't have to put up with rude sales assistants.
