Worst shopping experience! We were there on 27.01.2019 between 3pm and 4pm. Shop Assistant lady and the other guy on duty were rude. They must learn customer care/service before coming to work here. Rivers is good but these two people with 'attitude' make it a hell.
Stupid policy on using fitting rooms... Basically unlimited time for customer to try clothes and there is no limit on how many clothes a customer can have inside the fitting room. When complains forwarded, the manager accused the complainer as a harrasement to other customer who have been waiting for more than 10min. Totally ridiculous!
Nice and clean store with quite good collection of clothes.. friendly staff..
Tomorrow will be six and a half weeks since I ordered some sneakers online. They still have not arrived. If they had click and collect like other companies I would be wearing them.. Online is useless.
Was at your Narre Warren store on Sunday 11/4/21 and the sale assistant need talking to and training. Was there for a refund and she proceeded to say to me that she has told me on MANY occasions what procedures are. I have never had a refund from there. She replied "well you must look like that person". I found her rude and is very loud and unprofessional. Won't be going in if she's working.

Great Experience with Rivers Fountain Gate, Very nice pleasant staff, very well layed out merchandise. I found the items quickly that I was looking for at a Bargain price, well done , I will be back for more. Happy New year
I was there and at the time one of the staff was being quite rude to a man who had purchased something and the staff didn't ask for his membership and before he left the staff insulted his wife. Other than that, great store, but staffs attitude should improve
Because the Narre Warren store is now closed I had to buy online. I ordered shoes for my wife for Christmas on 5th December. I emailed yesterday to find out a delivery date only to be told that there is no stock. I'm wondering when rivers were going to let me know the stock situation ? Not what I call customer service ! Won't be buying anything from Rivers in the future.
Friendly customer service. Easy access form car park. Ample parking. Great range discounted clothing and accessories. I thought there a 50% off sale! Sneakily worded as clearance sale! Mmmmm maybe changing where I go for clothing from now on!
