I went to Rebel to get shoes that I saw online. Thankfully there was more than what I thought. I found the shoes I wanted and asked if there was one in my size. She was being very kind and she was trying her best. I kept having to get sizes bigger and she was being very helpful. We went to the counter and he was very nice. Altogether amazing experience.
Went to Rebel today after not having gone for a while. I was after quite a few things and was assisted by Danielle who -let me just say- is a legend. I don't know where Rebel found her but she's a gem. Super helpful, went to dig into the back and even unpacked the newly delivered stock to get me the right size AND also waited outside the change rooms for me. She was awesome, and I was able to find everything. Super satisfied
It's big enough store, however, compared to some of the newer ones it is looking a little dated. The staff are generally friendly, but can be hard to find at times.
Absolutely loved the experience of buying badminton racquet at Rebel sports in Fountain Gate. They have a variety of sports related items ranging from Rackets, sportswear to gym equipments. I was intially in a dilemma to spend $100 on a racket however after reading reviews I realised it is worth the money. Also, a young lady who served me at the cashier was very helpful. She had a beautiful smile. Overall, I would recommend any one who wants to buy sports related items from Rebel.
Nice store! There’s heaps of sports goods here, and the staff are awesome and considerate. It must have been a hassle, but they went into their storeroom to see if they had any more of an item left in stock for us.
The friendliest staff who are always willing to help. Love this store!

Excellent service! Bought a Kooka bat and later realized that the bat was covered with wood like sticker. Returned the bat over the counter. Even though the bat had some knock marks, The manager was very helpful and happy reimburse the money.
To all the staff at Rebel fountain gate, you were all amazing yesterday. To the guy that was helping me with finding my shoes thank you so much for not making me feel bad I don’t remember your name and to the customer I very rudely interrupted I know you won’t see this but thank you for being nice and letting me but in over you. To the managers I am truly sorry my poor toddler threw up in your store, I wanted to clean it up but everyone was so lovely trying to help me get out of the store with out braking down. Can’t thank you all enough Oh and I absolutely love my new shoes
Friendly customer customer service. Ample car parking areas out front, with easy access from parking areas. Very open and ample variety of all sporting needs and requirements. Fully stocked with ample staff to assist with any enquiries. I would recommend chatting with one of the helpful staff upon arrival about any sporting needs and requirements. This will definitely save you a lot time.
