I had an intermittent problem with my Giant e-bike losing power. Simon from the service team work through all the potential causes keeping me up to date on the way, as additional parts were required for testing and information was requested from Giant.nThe fault was something the service team hadn't experienced before, but now my bikes back on the road.nMy experience with ivanho Cycles as being great and I was impressed that when there was a problem they got on and sorted it out and didn't try to step away.
Recently I had to take my wife’s Rocky Mountain Altitude down to the guys at the Hallam Cycle store for minor repairs after a little accident with small branches getting tangled in the rear end of the bike, both Simon and Bill had the bike sorted out very quickly for us and the cost associated with the repair was very reasonable as wellnThey updated the software and cleaned it up for her as well and job done.nA great result and very happy with the outcome thanks Simon and BillnnI can only highly recommend them.
Simon at shop, he can explain very clearly about each ebike in the store. He is able to show us which one suits my liking and our price range. He showed us the Yamaha motor and YES, it is very smooth and what I expected to have in an ebike. Thanks Simon!
Do I recommend Ivanhoe cycles yes, why? It’s spacious an has a lot of bikes to choose from being pedal power to assisted road to xc to CxnIt’s a great place to go with a good bunch of guys ! But what’s best is!nIt’s not like having hawkers at your door they let you looknFirst an when they notice interest thennThey come to you!! That is a winning way to get a sale an someone to keep coming back! I’ve been going to them for a while an they treat you well I highly!!! Highhllllyyy recommend going here for bits an pieces parts an all if they don’t have what you need they will go out there way to find it! But remember all shops work when yo kind to them : ivahoe cycles! Hallam get down there but a bike an get some kit!nnAlso highly recommend mechanics Simon and Thomas,nGreat people like Ronan make it! A great placenThis place will always look after you with loyalty comes rewards
Store manager, Ronan is very knowledgeable and he values his customers. Always available to help and he listens before offering multiple solutions. In recent dealings with the store both with Ronan and Simon in the workshop, they have helped me out incredibly. Great people who clearly enjoy what they do and are very good at it. I only shop at this store as it has everything any cyclist could need or want and backed up by great service from great people which is a winning recipe.nThank you once again for all your help.
