Ivanhoe Cycles Hallam

Poor customer service. Walked around the store for a while, no staff members attempted to assist us. Walked past us, and seemed more interested in having conversation with each other rather than assisting customers. Will never visit here again, and would suggest the same for anyone else thinking about purchasing a bike from here. Definitely avoid. Trek in Springvale is probably much better.

Just had my bike fitted at Ivanhoe Cycles this morning and I've been very impressed not only with their customer service but also with their professionalism. Thanks Darcy for taking the time to share your knowledge with me and use your skills to fit my bike. Great work. Definitely we'll be back. Carmen

Bought a few Bikes now from the Ivanhoe cycle guys and I can say that each time I have visited the store for either purchasing or servicing my bikes the experience was much the same - great, friendly and helpful staff with great knowledge in their field (both young and old) - special mention to Manish who has always guided me to get the best bikes for me and my family and not necessarily always the shiniest ones :). The service centre is very reasonably priced and always do great work. Thank you to all the team and I love coming back!! Till next time MP.

Great range of bikes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Poor information available half the stock online is not on floor when you come in store. Waiting 2 hours in store to take bikes home as they only have 2 mechanics on!

Deliberately rude and arrogant staff member with with long hair and moustache (Matt) completely put me off buying two bikes . The Heidelberg store is much better with friendly helpful polite staff and have purchased three bikes for my family in last year, If weren't for Heidelberg store i would take you're business elsewhere! Unless you enjoy being treated like a toddler by a overweight loser who thinks he Cadel Evans.
