When i first stepped into their show room i instantly knew what a gem the place is. I was looking for a power meter and got a great price for it and the customer service was outstanding. They are knowledgeable , helpful and very friendly. I recommend this place either buying online or at their shop. I am very happy with my purchase. Regards Steven

First time user, great pricing, good delivery, although ex Taiwan. Unfortunately the item, a Sram cluster, was not new, looked like it had been fitted to a bike and removed, had chain rub marks on bottom 2 sprockets. Got a very average reply from Cycling Deal, offered to credit, once returned, or if kept a $10 credit, why bother? Don't think I'll risk using again. I'll stick to the UK sites.

To Andy and the team, thank you . I had a slight problem with the rims on the last bike i bought( this is the 6th bike I've purchased from CD). Andy and the team had no hesitation in fixing the problem even though it wasn't their doing.
