Staff were very helpful, took a shoe in that I bought 2 months ago, it had a rip in it and they replaced it for me with no worries. I went in looking to buy another pair but were honest. Good to see customer service>sales. Respect to the manager and the other lady that looks similar to the manager!

Came here to buy two pairs of discounted shoes and ended up paying more than i should. I realised mistake staff made in calculating price once i went out of the shop. returned to shop staff agin claimed that is the price and ended up paying one pair of shoes at normal not discounted price . Not happy with this place.

Donna is so lovely! Had a pair of shoes from here two months old that were glued incorrectly. The issue was immediately sorted! Great customer service :

Pretty angry... asked for my size , shop attendant walked out the back.... 5 min later strolled out and started serving someone else.... i must of had a killer look on my face as she noticed me and then said ate you right??? Am i right? I just asked you to check a size for me???? She completely forget!!! And didnt even recognise me. What a joke. How does she have a job? I walked straight out!! Their loss.... i was readu to buy 4 pairs of shoes! Unbelievable!!

Quite like this store mostly get my shoes from here good prices

Went into Betts Fountain Gate today Saturday morning, and was served by the most loveliest lady by the name of Donna. I was impressed by her professionalism, promptness and her vibe; I ended up buying a few pairs of shoes; I wanted to ensure I pointed out Donnas’ great service. Haven’t seen this for a long time now.
