Novo Shoes

I spoke with a lovely girl by the name of Alex Fountain Gate I was after a particular pair of shoes and whilst the store didn't have them in stock she checked other stores and was so polite, gave me an other stores number when I couldn't find it. Sometimes it's these little things that make a difference. Thanks

Every time I've come in these ladies are busy chatting amongst themselves and you have to wait til they're done talking before they serve you, but their shoes are great and the store is tidy, so that's all that's important.

I had the pleasure of being served by Abby on Thursday 13/6. This store attendant was probably the best service I have ever gotten at any store, especially at a women’s shoe retailer where most attendants are unjustifiably rude and arrogant. Abby was friendly and sincere in her willingness to assist me and with her pleasant attitude I actually ended up buying two pairs of shoes when I was really in there for a browse and another opportunity to review one of our local stores. The shop is clean and tidy, it also is located in a good spot of the center. Their shoes are good quality and style, prices are reasonable.

No customer service skills whatsoever. Rude workers didn’t even say hello as we walked in.
