I rarely write reviews but customer service I received at Dandenong Sth branch is phenomenal. The item I was after happened to be sold out including their online store, however the manager at the store, Dean, went above and beyond his call of duty to find what I needed. Very happy customer and the service at this store is second to none.

This morning i forgot my mask to enter the store, Veronica was extremely helpful and confirmed they had disposable masks. Thankyou Veronica for the excellent customer service on the phone and in person.

Went in yesterday afternoon 29/11/19 and as soon as I got up the back to look at the runners, a lovely young man by the name of Patrick hope that is his name came over to assist me... I had a $100 gift card burning a hole in my purse and had already chosen a pair and it’s availability online so I just showed him the picture I had on my phone... He knew exactly where they were, and I was walking out the door less than 10 minutes later wearing them after paying for them of course... As I usually do afternoon shift but had the day off, I was a bit let’s just say ‘not impressed’ with being stuck in peak hour traffic for the first time in many, many years and he quite happily let me ramble on/vent that I had seen more cars in the 14 minutes it should take me to drive there, than I usually see in 2 months altogether... Thank u for turning my day around Patrick muchly appreciated-keep up the good work

Fantastic service. I had my mountain bike serviced at no charge as it comes free with purchase of bike. I am thrilled with the way my bike rides...feels new again..thank you Amart...my girlfriend just bought a bike there too...great recommendation...

Located amongst a quiet group of shops with ample parking, this store has a good range of sports goods. This is my preferred store to quickly go in and get what I want without getting stuck looking for a carpark or a having to cram with the shopping centre crowds.

One slightly pushy sales lady right at the end of my shopping trip today that marred it for me unfortunately... She somehow made me feel like I had to rush myself... She never said “just hurry up and leave” of course... lol BUT she managed to give me that impression rather well - like she was concerned that I was gonna steal something maybe? Or that I’d simply taken too long being in there & it was time for me to go..? So yeah... But it really was a little bit annoying at the end of my shopping trip to this store cos I’d spent a fair amount of $$$ today - so who cares how long I took to decide what I was buying??? Right??? Anyway, apart from that - I found all the other staff members I had spoken to in there were just lovely... & their prices weren’t too bad either.... I grabbed what I thought were a cpl of great bargains! Yay! But yeah.... & don’t get me wrong... I mean - this one pushy sales assistant wasn’t mega awful... But - how she made me feel was not a nice way to be feelin I thought? & so... that was that! What can ya do eh? & I reckon it’s also totally irrelevant as to whether or not the treatment I actually did receive off of her was even genuinely JUST IN MY OWN HEAD or if I was so completely on the ball with my feelings it’s spooky - but either way - I don’t know! It - she - just kind of annoyed me in the end... But after she approached me the first time - she didn’t stop! She just kept coming back...! Again& again! Not giving me more than 2 minutes in between - before she was back again to ask me how I was goin - again! Ahhh! Cos she didn’t seem too helpful... She really just seemed to be wanting me to go - gone - outta there...! So yeah...‍ Who knows! But still - good store to check out if ur into the sporty labels anywho! So - don’t let her stop u! Hehe 4 stars!
