I read the reviews on google about RSEA Dandenong and was hesitant to shop there this morning. The saleswoman (that attended me) was very pleasant. So, most of the reviews here (on google) must be either outdated, or from customers that are surly or rude themselves.

One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had!!! The staff are very rude and aggressive. Very inflated prices, I wanted a pair of boots, $220 on their shelves $160 online..

****please to who consider buying things from this store ***** I will never coming back to this store anymore , rude staff , bad customer service , owner please training your worker how to service a customer again , otherwise I'm pretty sure you will closing down because of people who work for you, they are like a kind of Sh***t ! we are buying, we are paying , we are not begging you for anything , please do your professional service , explaining carefully what people need , you are trying to help customer out ! Worse store I have ever seen ! If there is a negative feedback I would given but there is no other option then 1 star ! Ps.....staff member service like kind of sh****t

Worst ever service. Ordered a pair of safety boots. Followed up after 3 weeks, nothing was in their system. Ordered again and got call from them. Found sneakers instead of boots. Walked away with answer from them that boots I've ordered doesn't come in black colour.
