It is good place to buy indian new style dresses and sarees,shop owner is very helpful and nice lady and staff also too gud i really appreciate their service.whenever i go there i also find new stock of sarees and suits.savita

Atrocious experience. Bought a blouse which needed alteration, they agreed to do it on the spot, and requested I pay now. They said they would call in 20mins when ready - they never called so we went back to the store, the blouse had already been altered. I tried it on and the fit was deplorable, unacceptable and unpresentable/unwearable. They had clearly rushed the job. We waited in store while they altered again which took less than 5 minutes. I tried it on again, still a mediocre fit but to my disgust, it had scuff marks this time in 2 spots. I pointed it out to the ladies in the store and they agreed it wasn't there before but refused to refund and said if I wanted a replacement blouse they would not alter it because "it was closing time" (this happened around 4.30pm and their closing time is 6pm). Another lady then came to talk to us, she didn't introduce herself, was very rude and condescending and tried to con us and tell us the marks were already there (when the store staff had agreed the scuffs weren't there before). She was so rude that we had to ask her who she was, she said she was the owner and we had to remind her we are paying customers and her tone made us uncomfortable. We had to ask her to lower her voice and change her tone, to which she replied 'This is how I talk' In the end I left with an unaltered replacement blouse, no apology and a very bad taste in my mouth. This blouse is of no use given it's too big for me but since she refused to refund me, I took it. Also noteworthy, I wasn't given a receipt at the time of payment. I had to ask for one when I returned.

Rude owner..also wanted to replace the things which we bought. .she said we can't. .go and have a look at big markets like big w or kmart..even we spend $20 they happy to refund not just replace. And we spent $250 here and not even allowing us to replace or but another products. .newer go there or i will newer tell anyone to go there.

Fantastic help! I'm having a Bollywood party and they went above and beyond and I left with 13 different outfits for my guests. Was very impressed. They were very patient even with my kids in the store. Thank you.
