Located within a plaza, but easy to find free parking just next to it. Was looking for a particular item which their online system said was in stock at this brach and when I couldn't find it, I got assistance from a staff who not only redirected me to the unexpected shelving and when she couldn't find it there either, she went to the back and got one for me from the back whilst also helping others on the way - amazing service but I think it was just credit to this one staff member. I do note that it took a while to get a hold of a staff but luckily found someone eventually, definitely lack of staff in this branch, and even items on the shelves seemed more in disarray here compared to other Kmarts. Check out wasn't near the exit as you'd expect, though it seems this is the newer system Kmart is putting in place in all their branches now. No surcharge on cards.
Sick of buying stuff from the shelves to get home set up for my son and they do not work! Or the other return stuff they have put back on shelf without checking the boxes not good enough Kmart!!!
Easy to fine in Dandenong plaza just when you try to ring up they don’t answer especially when you’re just wanting to know if they have a certain product in stock, they don’t answer the phone and you feel like if you go down there they don’t have it. You’re just wasting your time
Normally I don’t have a problem with this place but I got a vacuum from their cost over 150 and doesn’t hardly work and takes over 12 hours to charge and only last for one room of my house keeps getting blocked made a complaint and they never answered me highly disappointed
0000 customer service.. they accused me for abusing which i didn't i asked for refund because they charge me full price and item was reduced and i am on checkout and she asked me to go all the way back to customer service desk while i am already on checkout.. i forget that i am in dandenong kmart.. manager was even worse old lady... keep the change ripping customer dandenong kmart poor ppl poor service...
