I spoke with Ana from Kmart Dandenong over the phone and she was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, polite, and incredibly friendly throughout our conversation. It’s rare to receive such warm and genuine service over the phone, and I truly appreciate the effort she put in to help me.
Don't deserve any star. One of the managers at Dandenong was extremely rude. Gave wrong Kmart returns policy and was very dismissive and aggressive. A phone call to customer service was very positive. They were wonderful. I hope he was reprimanded severely. I will not be purchasing anything more from the Dandenong shop.
Really friendly and helpful service from Tracey, we looking to buy something always out of stock in other stores, we tell Tracey our concern and she spent the time and effort well to help us search and helped us to get what we want!
Located within a plaza, but easy to find free parking just next to it. Was looking for a particular item which their online system said was in stock at this brach and when I couldn't find it, I got assistance from a staff who not only redirected me to the unexpected shelving and when she couldn't find it there either, she went to the back and got one for me from the back whilst also helping others on the way - amazing service but I think it was just credit to this one staff member. I do note that it took a while to get a hold of a staff but luckily found someone eventually, definitely lack of staff in this branch, and even items on the shelves seemed more in disarray here compared to other Kmarts. Check out wasn't near the exit as you'd expect, though it seems this is the newer system Kmart is putting in place in all their branches now. No surcharge on cards.
Extremely poor customer service. I was standing at the customer service desk area for 30mins, pressed the service bell 5 times. One staff member walked in to the service desk and stated that no one will be at service desk for another 15mins. If there is a specified time for service desk, it should be written there so one doesn’t have to waste their time.
