Messy store and rude staff. The door staff who always dresses up like a clown has the audacity to hassle you if he can't scan your receipt. Stop treating your customer like thieves and putting robots as the door greeter. We are allowed to refuse you checking anything if we wish to. Thank you for ruining my Christmas shopping day kmart!
Located within a plaza, but easy to find free parking just next to it. Was looking for a particular item which their online system said was in stock at this brach and when I couldn't find it, I got assistance from a staff who not only redirected me to the unexpected shelving and when she couldn't find it there either, she went to the back and got one for me from the back whilst also helping others on the way - amazing service but I think it was just credit to this one staff member. I do note that it took a while to get a hold of a staff but luckily found someone eventually, definitely lack of staff in this branch, and even items on the shelves seemed more in disarray here compared to other Kmarts. Check out wasn't near the exit as you'd expect, though it seems this is the newer system Kmart is putting in place in all their branches now. No surcharge on cards.
The man at the door ignored me had to have a lafy to tell him to help me. i asked for trolly to do shopping and he wouldnt help me. He was so rude and dismissive i use ny phone to buy things. had they had those Aldi coins i would buy them. but when we become a cashless society i are we suppose ti use trolleys or did ge expect me to carry a bookcase on my back.
Today I was really struggling to get some photos done so the lady at the cashier at the time was around midday so even though she was by herself & busy she made sure that I could understand for me to complete the project that I had then another young man by the name of Seb really went out of his way to help us my friend & I as we couldn't work out the computer so I would forv r Seb & the lady I think her name is Cathy to be commended for their outstanding customer service as they both went above & beyond to get us through. Thank you both again for your professionalism & I pray that You all have a blessed Christmas & healthy & prosperous year 2025
Sick of buying stuff from the shelves to get home set up for my son and they do not work! Or the other return stuff they have put back on shelf without checking the boxes not good enough Kmart!!!
