OMG what a bad experience I have ever had here in Connor Dandenong, this afternoon I picked a jacket for my hubby it just on a special and waited near the counter to pay with my daughter. The lady who was work at the counter walk passed me while talking on the phone and set-up some clothing on the self. Again she went back of the store and few minutes later kept the phone back on the counter, said 'wait' (no apology) went to help a customer who didn't ask for help also he just walked into the store. Here we were waiting for around more than fifteen minutes, she returned to the counter and I just asked 'you have seen us that we were waiting here before the customer it's not ok you tried to help him first it means you purposely ignored us and didn't say any apology to keep us wait'. She replied 'oh its our work to help every customer not only you'. As I kept the jacket on the table and said 'don't worry I don't want the item' and walked away then she shouted at us saying 'thank you, have a good day'  all the bystanders were looking at us it made us embarrassment.

This store doesn't have anything remotely special. You can literally find products which are better quality and at a cheaper price in every other clothing store.

Have bought from Connor multiple times, also always satisfied. Took a damaged garment back today, received excellent service.
