Mathers stocks a lovely range of ladies footwear. I can usually find something that will fit my wide feet.
Came in for a quick swap of wrong size shoes for both kids. They tried to up-sell. Originally told me for one child they didn't have the correct size in said shoe. In the end when I said I would not be paying more for a different pair of shoes, all of a sudden they had the correct size for the original pair. I was not impressed. The lady kept putting the wrong shoe on my sons foot the more expensive one to try on. In the end I got a bit cross and asked her, why she kept putting that particular shoe on his foot when clearly that wasn't the correct shoe. Again, constant upsell where they could. They didn't like that they had to exchange shoes without making a buck first.
Great variety of styles and colours with most sizes available, well worth a look if you want to save a few dollars as well.
Store had a lot of shoes variety, we were welcomed and given time to choose what we needed, didn’t feel rushed at all, which is nice! The ladies were very polite and helpful answering questions and trying to resolve any problems on the spot. I absolutely recommend this shop :-
Great customer service at this store. The store assistant was able to find a stylish pair of shoes for me, after I discovered that the pair that I thought I liked, weren't that nice after all. In the end, she found a pair that I really liked.
-Very poor and rude customer service -Waited for 45 minutes -Middle aged lady but eyed me like a teen -In the end left the shop without purchasing anything because I couldn’t tolerate her rudeness

Just bought 2 pairs of men's shoes. Quality looks good and the prices is excellent.
Excellent and efficient service from Rachel the fitting specialist and Clarks on discount. She suggested inserts and a new way of tying that were very comfortable. She's an asset!
It's a good place to buy nice and comfortable shoes but a bit pricey for me..
