Went to Kmart Cranbourne to buy a toolbox since the website said it's available in the store. I was turned back saying its unavailable and order online.nPlaced an online order which was delivered from Cranbourne same store that sent me back saying unavailable.nI opened the package up to find a broken packaging and missing items inside the tool box.n2 trips to 2 separate stores and still no product

We spent 4 hours tonight shopping for Halloween and our new home. We would've been struggling to find homeware stuff if it wasn't for 2 amazing staff members. Francis was just phenomenal. Always happy to help with a smile. She went above and beyond to help us find our items. So was the other girl with dark hair in homewares. They were always pleasant and made our shopping experience a great one. Thanks ladies :
Terrible service via phone. Have tried calling for over an hour and neither of the two departments I'm ringing will answer. I have to drive 45 minutes to this store and want to ensure the product I've put aside is still there as the website states it's out of stock.
Ordered 2 collectable Lego McLaren Senna edition sets to save 1 and build 1 and had 1 cancelled on me as they only had 1 left and arrived in such poor condition as it was cut open with a box cutter and taped together to send out. Called the store and was told that it was the last one they had so they sent it out anyway. Now not even sure if all the parts are in the box and will have to return without a replacement as they are now sold out! Poor poor delivery service and appalled that they would even send out in this condition.
