Have been a customer of this store for years buying thousands and thousands of dollars worth of items. Now we wish we’d have given another store our money and custom. We purchased an ex display vacuum after loving the one we bought for ourselves we decided to purchase for my mother in law and asked that it will definitely come with everything that’s included in the box and the guy I believe called William said that yes will come with attachments and everything that’s usually in box however, it would all need to be ordered in, including the charger and dock but vacuum will be as in seen in store so if any marks etc we are buying it as is seen. So we agreed. We waited months for this all to come into store. When it finally did, on the phone we asked to make sure that everything had arrived altogether to avoid wasting time and another trip back to the store, Courtney confirmed all was there. we went to collect, and they only brought out the vacuum and a tiny box. So I asked where all the attachments and charging dog was, only to be told that’s all they have in their system and just noted William had to order in the charger. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Ended up getting a refund. Why would anyone purchase half a vacuum for someone?! William never said it would just be the vacuum itself and a charging cable. Otherwise we would never have agreed. The fact that they are unable to resolve this, we have had to order elsewhere as they no longer will get this vacuum in and we will never be spending money in this Good Guys again. Not to mention the unprofessional staff we have encountered. What a complete waste of time.
Purchased a TV on 14 Sept. Promised delivery on 15 Sept by Trent. Stayed home especially for TV Delivery. Received a phone call at work on Mon 19 Sept asking me to select another day for delivery. Unable to do so as I had no access to the main household diary. Been receiving a few text messages to arrange another time for delivery. Unable to access the online link as an Error Message, “The docket is not valid. Contact the store “ appears. Today, I spoke to Terri who said that Jacob from the TV dept would ring me re tomorrow’s scheduled delivery which has been decided without any consultation on my part. As it happens, I will not be home all day tomorrow and I’m unable to set a specific 1/2 day duration of time for delivery. Predictably, no phone call from Jacob has eventuated. The next available day that I can be home all day is Tues 11 Oct. Compared to when the store was owned by Matthew, the standards in relation to Customer Service and Delivery of Goods have deteriorated significantly and require enormous effort towards improvement. This was obvious even in the time before “Covid” could be used as a valid excuse!
We were in store to buy a Kitchen aid product but no one came to help us with it .We were trying to get the attention of staff but they were minding their own business. I then stood in front of the checkout counters but the lady who was there didn't even look at me. Flinally a lady in high visibility jumper tried to call a guy who was sipping a coffee but he simply didn't want to help. We had no other option but to walkout.
So I thought I would just respond to “Mr Trevor Smith” in your review you’ve stated the following: This store is the worst store that I have ever been into. The staff that sit at the front counter appear to spend more time on their personal phones than they do serving customers. They are so under staffed that they even took "Shakey" back after she quit. The only good thing about this store is that one of the most useless staff members they have finished today. They quit before they were sacked for incompetence. For somebody that claims to dislikes the store so much you seem to have a lot of insider knowledge so Mr Smith are you a regular customer or just a staff member posing is somebody that is making a so-called accurate review. As a so-called customer Mr Smith would you like to explain how you have this so-called inside knowledge, that XY&Z quit and then joined again. Clearly this is a fake review. Next time you try to post a fake review at least try and make it sound believable. Mr Smith with that being said, I will find out exactly who this is and I will expose you. Because clearly you’re not very intelligent. You’re $.95 short of a dollar
I've been there 2 times, customer service is zero in this branch, I needed to buy a vacuum cleaner when I entered to the store, none of staff even noticed me, I've been looking around to find someone to help me but couldn't find anyone, at the end I head up to the cashier and asked for help, she said okay I will call someone for you, after 5 min she came and said wich one do you want? Oh sorry this on is not in stok, if you pay we can order for you but can't say how long does it take.... disappointing of this store and their management

Pathetic service and rude staffs. Went to pick up online order after a day I received confirmation that the order is ready to pick up. However, the staff said they can't get me my order because they don't have staff in the warehouse. I bought online to save some time. But they don't understand and taking it so lightly. Never expected this type of service from Big brand store
THE BAD GUYS. Awful customer service, rude and unprofessional, despite having spent thousands in their store previously. If you want to return something - forget it. Once you leave with your item, they make it almost impossible for you to return it if you need to. They have abysmal reviews online but clearly make no efforts to turn this around. I will NEVER shop here again or recommend this store. Stay away!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff wandering around store drinking laughing . Waited 20 minutes no service . Went to the front counter. She called for service. Young sales people still standing together. Not assisting at all . Still no one came . Went back to the front counter . Now very angry and finally someone helped me . I will NEVER be back again to this store .
