Good Bunnings Store. Parking is always full and tricky, and this makes it hard to buy timbre and do pickups of larger items. Friendly staff but less helpful if you have specific questions. Technically if an item is not in stock they should do a special order for you. Instead i was told to visit a different store or a competitor.

Bunnings Narre Warren is now a great store. Staff are great Always has what I need. But 3-4 yrs ago, some grossly over weight Caucasian women in a twin cab parks right next to my car,walking back to my car seeing a mob of black people leaning up again my new car while the fat women blabbing nonsense to the mob of Sudanese standing around. Shame I didn't get a picture but I was very upset, how could someone treat peoples property like that. Could have been a Bunnings employee or could have been immigration.

Definitely 5 star! Maybe a visit to the Frankston Store might help! Just bemused how there are 2 staff at the Trade Counter and tradesmen waiting and only 1 serving. Common sense would be nice! I use Bunnings from 3 to 4 times a week sometimes. Still the slowest Trade Desk time after time. Friendly customer service. Easy access form car park. Ample parking. Great range of indoor and outdoor plants. Great range of materials and equipment to check out for the home renovations or repairs. Cafe, playground and public toilets available also.

Helpful and friendly staff but as a tradie I often find wait times at the registers to long. The trade dest is often under staffed and wait times can be long if only one person is on and they need to deal with phone queries as well

Same as most Bunning stores, good service, but take note some products are good for around the house but not for hard wear & tear with plastic bushes not metal ones as they are made for a budget price.
