As always plenty of parking & plenty of choices if your NOT looking for a simple CORD appliance as in power tools!nWith the amount of Battery powered tools available something as simple as a Cord drill somehow got lost in the mix. With the help of a staff member who was in this section help me out & finally found them. 3 to choose from only. But happy that I got something I wanted although limited choice. Hmm sign of the times I guess. Overall a good store in a good location.
Jenny from the trade desk was extremely helpful and friendly. She remembered me by name through past times I have dealt with her. Tony at the timber yard is very accommodating and helped out with the tricky enquiry. Thank you Team Bunnings Fountain Gate!
Went in with my partner on thursday evening, the guy at the only cashier open did not say one word to us, it’s such an uncomfortable and downright pathetic experience when the person serving you does not make eye contact with you let alone say one word, extremely rude. If you don’t want to train staff how to provide decent customer service please open self checkout because i would rather deal with nobody than somebody with 0 service and engagement.
Thank you Scarlett, I have visited Bunnings FG many times, mostly helpful staff , but special mention to Scarlett for actually approaching me as she could see I was trying to make a decision, she gave great advice, also suggested a more suitable option from the store price wise for my weed spraying thankyou and keep up the food work Scarlett
