What a joke of a Boxing Day sale. No discounts at all, staff mentioned customers have to spend money to get discounts of their next purchase in store within the next 2 weeks. Store was plastered with sale signs but it’s all false marketing.
Helpful as in this store, 3 blokes stopped what they were doing to ask if I was sorted. Product range,and price 2nd to none. Cheers team.
Absolutely shocking experience here with online sales. Buy products online, tell me in stock 1 of 3 stores closest to me, drive 90 mins to store, minutes before arriving get phone call saying go to Currum Downs no stock here. Insult me with an offer of $10 for fuel. Going back to Sydney tools. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND TOTAL TOOLS.

Bought a Milwaukee KIT. Awesome no problems and didn’t use my grinder for some time and when I pulled it out of the box I was missing one of the flange bits to actually hold the disc. Went back and explained that and no one there really believed me and told me they would follow up. Now whether I missed or couldn’t find the message they left I was under the impression they hadn’t called me back so when I called they told me again they would call me back next week. I got a call from them this morning saying because I didn’t consult or inform them within “a day or a week or so” that they would not help me fix this issue. They said because they hadn’t opened the box that it was definitely in there again they didn’t believe me and told me that they couldn’t help me at all. No solution to fix the problem from Noel or Nole I spoke to on the phone. Quite disappointed with the amount of money I have spent there.
Quite simply put: rude, self-defensive, and verbally aggressive staff! Also, don't believe the website stock holdings! Telephone first to check stock levels. By the way, manager at Fountain Gate, your staff member had no legal authority to ask to see my driver's licence when I last attended to pick up an item paid for on the telephone -- the only people who can legally ask to see your driver's licence are the Victoria police and VicRoads officials. Why? A driver's licence is NOT an identity card but a private personal document. Now the staff member at Carrum Downs was gracious, helpful and fantastic when I telephoned to check if they had the item. I will pick-up it up tomorrow. Dandenong staff are also helpful and gracious. I will never shop at Fountain Gate again.

Took apart my Makita DHP482 to replace the Carbon Brushes got them out in 2 seconds, called up these guys. They tell me it's Brushes less and what ever I have in front of me isn't carbon brushes. What a Joke, called the Dandenong store without any hassles. They have them in stock for this drill.
Just want to give a massive shout out & a huge THANK YOU to Riley at Fountain Gate Total Tools. I needed quotes for insurance purposes & Riley was super polite, helpful & made me feel very at ease from the moment he greeted me when I walked through the door. I imagined this task to be very time consuming & basically a big pain, but Riley assured me it wasn’t & was very happy to get the quotes for me. True to his word, I was back there in the afternoon collecting all the information I needed, he even thanked me for being so organised & making it easy for him! I can’t speak highly enough of this young man, he truly was an absolute delight to deal with. His customer service is 5 stars. Total Tools Fountain Gate Berwick are very fortunate to have such a diligent, knowledgeable, polite & very helpful young man on their team. Thank you Riley, you were an absolute pleasure to deal with & you made what was a daunting task for me, very easy. Keep up your amazing worth ethic & I wish you every success in the future.
