At last ive found a real tool shop ,where it was no problem for ric to make a few phone calls to check that new attacments where just what id been looking for my makita..ordered in 
rec in a couple of days with a follow  up call to let me know. Great service guys

Great service, amazing store.  Had to service my tool and within an hour all was resolved.  Highly recommended and will be back there again.

Great customer service, and a very comprehensive range of tools all the way up to Festool, I have always found their prices very competitive with stores like Bunnings, but unlike Bunnings these guys know what they are talking about and will suggest the best tool/brand for your application not the tool that head office is pushing that week, thanks for all your help.

We are sorry that our service wasn't to your satisfaction.  We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and our customers expect it.
We can only apologise for the length of time taken to repair your tool,  this was out of the ordinary and simply beyond our control.  The supplier attempted to get the part required from overseas and this resulted in a lengthy delay.  The details of the long process was relayed to you.

Worst customer service. Waited 3 months to have my tools repaired...not so much as a phone call to let me know what was happening.
