Went to the fountain gate store to check out the vacuums. Firstly, no one was available to assist. On asking, a staff came to attend in the electrical section who had no clue about the product. Forget about the product, she dint even knew about the price as well as the returns policy. She went to check with another store staff & came back to me advising that the returns policy was 7 days only if the product is faulty or unopened. I was looking at Shark vacuum which was $250 on special. Harris Scarfe website clearly showed that the returns policy was 28 days for change of mind even. I can understand if they don’t know about the returns policy on top of their head however don’t question it when I am showing it online. Instead they kept challenging me about the policy. On me arriving at the counter, staff named Chrisanthie served me & instead of greeting me hello, she asks me, “so u know the drill about shark vacuum” presuming that I was the customer for whom the other staff had inquired. She was extremely rude & felt like she dint want to be there. She still ramped on about her version of the returns policy which was completely opposite to the stores return policy mentioned online. In short, if I am buying a white good which is $250, as a customer, I want to be very confident in what I am spending for. Not allowing to check the function of the product & then also, conflicting info about the returns policy does not help the buyer. Luckily, I had done my homework about the product & went with the product. Also, spoke to 2 other Cusotmer looking at the same product at the time who went on buying it on my recommendation. Love the product but had it been available at any other store, I wouldn’t prefer buying it from Harris Scarfe.

Very poor service, i bought pillows yesterday and went to return them. Because it was totally different what i seen .But they said we don't return the pillow. it's a joke you can return clothes after wearing them but you can't you can't return pillows ,because i used to check ,is that conformable or not . They are scamming people, they should tell people we don't accept returns, when they buy pillows.And also staff wasn't helpful at all.

They look like nice pots but paid $200 for a set and it came with a missing pot and a missing lid for another pot. For that price what a joke.

I've actually always received good service (just ask for someone to help at payment counter) ... I do think they're understaffed though - like most stores these days
