Young guy with long hair in mobile and cd's section was not really keen to help. I asked him about a product which was outside his counter. Two options he can help me either he comes out or I bring the shelf to him. But he was telling me from behind the counter and I was almost 15-20 feet away from that counter. 
When I asked him can you check this product is available on other stores. He refused straight away and asked me to go to Pakenham store and check over there. I said if this product is not available over there, he replied then i cannot help you.

Thanks to Depiti, she was really helpful when i went to here to check. She called few stores to check the product.

Have always met the nicest and politest of staff with any queries we have had, no matter how busy they may be.  We visit both the Karingal and Narre Warren stores often.  Sure they could put on more staff sometimes at counter registers as we don’t all wish to use the self serve aisle.
