Kmart

This Kmart gets 5 stars because its door staff are polite, friendly and considerate. You don't get made to feel like you are being interrogated when leaving the store. The store is generally neat and tidy by Kmart standards and all items are usually stocked. Staff are also helpful with queries and parking is ample.

Great service from Layla. She goes out of her way to help and has a wonderful bubbly personality. Kmart should be lucky to have an employee like her as it's difficult to receive any honest good service in retail these days.

Avoid the short old lady with the weirdest bangs.... I had come to kmart for a specific book (barefoot investor by scott pape) i was after as i saw it there a few days prior, i searched everywhere and wanted information on if or when kmart was going to restock or if i could order it through them.. the ladys customer service was disgusting. Without even attempting to search on the computer She simply said.. no never heard of that book we dont sell it!! Looked at the lady behind me "NEXT".... but im sooo glad young bloke named luke helped me out :) thumbs up luke ill be coming to you if i need help at kmart :)

Just don't like this Kmart. Their staff go up on the rooftop car park smoking, swearing, being political about n store politics. Then the commentary on the clientele that shop within the centre with their appalling racial profiling, comments on size and shape of people. The statements on the management are quite funny. Inside the store is cool, just outside where the staff congregate is disgusting.

I really did like the old store only because it was easier to navigate around and the checkout was near the exit and there were heaps of them also
