Rang this morning in regards to a possible stocked item. This was Sadly not stocked by Big W  but the assistance I received from two of the team members was nothing but extremely helpful and friendly indeed.  Even told where I could find my wanted item and that was from competitors store.   Well done Big W for putting the customer first.

so work called me in last minute and I didn't have a white womens work top so I decided to give them a call, they took minutes to pick up the first call and when they did..a women under the name of "Janine" picked up sounding annoyed, she then apparently transferred me to someone in charge of women's clothing, who minutes later, NEVER picked up, but instead hung up on me. Horrible customer service.
