Extremely Unprofessional! Ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and they ruined it. Pickup was scheduled at 1 Pm but I went to pickup at 4:45 pm, still the cake wasn’t ready had to wait 30 minutes, but I was still happy to wait but they gave me this cake, I guess they made it hurriedly so all the fondant flowers were falling off as you can see in picture and it destroyed the overall look of the cake, I’ve attached the receipt as well for the proof, never gonna buy from them again, it was so embarrassing in front of our guests.

Very bad customer service. Even worse when lady called me a bad name because she made my husband and I wait 15 minutes for nothing saying "It's your choice to stand there" when we thought we were waiting for the manager to arrive and I got upset when she hadn't even contacted him. We bought this pavlova for our son's 21st birthday. I'd asked her when I ordered it to "Please make sure it looks nice". She guaranteed me it would. My son put his knife into it that night and it cracked and crumbled everywhere. No substance in the shell. I couldn't serve it when it couldn't even be picked up with a cake server. Then when we took the pavlova back she cut a slice and as you can see it crumbled even more. Then she showed us another pavlova shell that looked even worse, stuck a knife in the centre of it, and said "There's nothing wrong, see". You can clearly see that there's something definitely wrong with ours and that one looked even worse. We didn't want our money back, just a cake replacement. She told us to choose another cake so we chose a more expensive one and we were going to pay the difference. She refused saying she'd give us back $15 when we paid $35 with the plaque, so she went back on what she'd just said. A cake wouldn't even cost them $15 to make so it would've been better for her to just replace it. We stood there for over half an hour, with people walking in and out, being ignored, and making us look like idiots. Because she wouldn't ring the manager so we could speak to him we will be returning every day until this is sorted out. It's not the money, it's the principle. I now wish I'd taken a video of her disgraceful behaviour towards a customer from a reputable cake chain called "The Cheesecake Shop".

Yea tried 3 different cakes and liked them alot very nice cakes so much so I went back 2 weeks later and got 3 more different ones and I'm very satisfied very nice chesscake

Ordered eggless cake on special order paid extra as compared to other eggless bakeries but wow what a worse cake. Icing is very bad at the time of order we mentioned pink base with white flowers but they only use one Colour and asking for extra $$ for another colour. Please avoid this place and it is money making place where they are making people fool, this place even charge $5 extra for writing happy birthday on the cake. Any small alteration will cost you extra. What an awful poor customer service, why do you have a shop front when you don't know how to serve a customer Just throw this cake into the bin and bought another one from other eggless bakery. What a waste of money and time.

Really grateful for the Sprinkle Me Pretty cake we got from Cheesecake Shop in Noble Park. It was beautifully presented, fresh and delicious. Everyone at my daughters party today loved it. Thank you for being accommodating at such short notice too. Also worked out great with convenient location across the road to our party venue. Thanks again. Highly recommend your cakes! Yum.

I had purchased Black Forest cake for my birthday from this shop. Cake looks good but it was super dry from inside sponge and filled with less icing. It was stuck in mouth in every bite so I throw more than half of the cake. If I talk about customer service - it was bad. The girl didn’t greet us nicely. Her service was very bad.

Talk about a party in my mouth people! I have never tasted a cheesecake so fresh, sweet and fluffy with the perfect amount of biscuit base Vs cheesecake filling ratio! I was greeted with a friendly smile at the counter, speedy transaction and they even opened the door for me on my way out - must admit I felt like a superstar! Needless to say, my experience was amazing! Product and service were exceptional, I will definitely be back for more!Great customer service and good staff … will visit you guys soon

very very bad, rude and unhelpful customer service. we bought small cake and girl on customer service asked about flavour from me but she did not confirmed the price. Thus, when everything done I asked price and she said $41.70, I was shocked. Because last time I bought full cake that was $38 and now half I paid $41. when I asked from girl she said it is not half and refused to get back. if they are asking about flavour they should need to confirm and asked from customer about price and everything. if people don't know about size, they should need to asked before proceeding. When I asked about change she replied, "I NEVER SELL THIS CAKE TO DESI" what do you guys means desi......, RESPECT OUR COMMUNITY AND DON'T DISCRIMINATE ANYONE. very disappointed...

Tried their cake twice. The Chocolate and Cookies were great however the cheesecake we bought yesterday was horrible. My kids were eagerly waiting for the cake however they lost appetite after 2nd bite. I am sorry but I haven't had such cakes in my life before. I won't go back there.
