Customer service is worst! They asked me that I can’t use change room at 5:30pm, and the closing time of the store is 6:00pm not sure why they were so hurry to go home and loose customers. I wasted my time finding 5 shirts and 3 pants and when I went to change room they said I can’t use it as it’s only half an hour to close. Basically Tk max lost $280 worth of sales which I suppose to buy, just bcoz the staff want to go home earlier. Also this is not my only review, I will share this on social media too…. So others don’t shop at the shop where they don’t even have the store manager!
Today the shop surprised us with a very interesting prices and it was favourable to any shoppers no wonder they have a full trolley. We might go back there again..
They always have good sales and I can find what I want every time.
Home decor is great, kids clothes - sometimes can be good finds, male clothing - no big sizes, female clothing - never can find anything unless I’m shopping for active wear

Looks to slowly be emptying out for the eventual closing down due to demolition of the part of the centre it is in. Lots of good buys to be found.
I love TK Maxx and have always had a great experience but today was my first time at the Dandenong outlet. NEVER AGAIN! The store was so bare and untidy, what was there was thrown all over the place. I could overlook that if the service was otherwise good. Unfortunately they over-charged me by scanning 3 of the same item. I had a hunch to check the receipt before I left the store. I couldn't believe they made me line up again at the back of the queue....for their mistake! I had just finished lining up to purchase my items and to be told I had to wait again as only the person who served me could process it. That wasn't the case nor did they barely apologise for the error or wait time. Only the door staff was apologetic and I gave my feedback to pass on to management. Definitely lots to be desired here, staff were not interested in their jobs and it was obvious.
