Was fortunate to have great service and expertise from a Rep by the name of Katrina. Not only did she make it less stressful but her personality shone throughout the process when we were buying a fridge. Great asset to the workplace!
Don't go in expecting "JB has done it again" do your own research and price match with JB. Has great vibes but high margins on all items instore. Store people are awesome and provide top advice l.
Absolute legends. They let me use a 20 dollar gift card on a 29 dollar product. They answer your calls almost instantly and are always willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy a customer. Helped me a lot from transferring products from Sydney, to contacting other jb hifis on my behalf. Legends.
Very good experience at Chadstone JB HI-FI. Found what we needed very quickly by asking an employee. Huge queue at the rear of store. One male worker put it through at his counter and out we go. All you need to do is ask.

I went to enquire about PlayStation5, I did not knew much, disc or digital but I wanted disc edition. Person with beard had An very negative attitude, don’t joke with customers , I Ended buying my PS5 from goodguys Dandenong Frankston road. Because of this attitude
Just in the new store Dandenong south to get a iPad, waiting over 10 minutes for a service assistance. Staffs are mostly on their mobiles, requested two times for assistance so far no one came. Store manager keep up the good work you will get more customers Finally I got Dave to assist me and he was excellent.
Never go to this store. Bought coffee machine spent $1,600.00. Had so many issues and bring back to this store but there never agree to what type of issues it's come up. Just arguing J have to bring back home and show them via videos as they not testing either. I did not ask any refund money and simply change the machine to someother. David and his team full of rude and not customer service at all. Don't waste time at there and go to Chadstone. 15 mnts drive worth it.
I was so impressed with the quality of the service and the family friendly atmosphere, the staff are absolutely fantastic they are approachable with great attitudes, I certainly will be taking my business there even though it's further away than the normal store I visit, keep up the great work, I will be passing my experience onto friends and family
Absolutely disgraceful service. I visited the shop three months ago to buy a phone outright but they convinced me to sign up for telstra phone through these guys as they were giving free gift card . I wanted to get a smaller plan but convinced me to get $99 plan as according to them included international calls . Turns out it did not include any international calls and I have been billed $1700 by telstra . When I called telstra customer service I only found out that they are getting a lot of calls from customers who singled up through jbhi fi having the same issue. Please don’t trust a word they have to say . Just read everything you are signing. I’m looking to take action against this as I had someone with me as witness for entire incident.
