Yesterday went here as I'd had good service before. I was not disappointed. Rachel was extremely helpful as I was on crutches, walking through the aisles with me to select different products, came out to the car and installed the wiper arms for me as I couldn't get them off, filled up the wiper fluid for me and waited in the rain until I tested them successfully. This was a tear ago. Last week went here and received great service, I wouldn't go to another store.

They were super helpful when I went to the store. They helped me to choose a powerful battery for my car and they installed it for free! I went to Supercheap auto before and the same battery was $45 more expensive plus they were going to charge me $15 to fit it !!! I felt so happy after coming to Autobarn they fit my battery for FREE! I really recommend going to Autobarn Dandenong for all your car repair/parts needs. . They have affordable prices and have good/new brands that others don't have. Thank you so much Autobarn. Will be returning in the future.

I purchase jump starter was faulty the store salesman was very rough not change not fix it and not refund l lost $135 . My advise is do not buy any electric items from autobarn because most of the items cheap chinese .

Put me 8min on the line to ask a question from audio tech and no one responded had to hang up in 5 seconds got my answer from Cranbourne Autoburn
