Walked-in for a passport photo earlier today. Experienced the most rudest-and-coldest-of-all customer service. No hi/hello , no smile , no eye contact. The gentleman and the lady i happened interact with barely bothered to know what the customer wants or needs. Barely looked interested to do what was being asked for. Hopped online to drop a review of the terrible experience; lo and behold, startled to notice I wasn’t the only victim of such poor and disgraceful customer service. Turns out the team here have been at it for quite a while! If there were a category of awards for terrible and pathetic customer, they would absolutely smash it and be the long standing champions at setting a new low everyday. For anyone curious about discovering the absolute lowest level of customer service anyone could possibly get anywhere, all they need to do is walk-in and try and interact with one of the team members here. As easy as that! I particularly recommend Krysta and her team from the print section, you’ll not be disappointed! :
Krysta down at the print and copy desk did an amazing job!!! She went above and beyond to get my documents printed that I needed desperately for a presentation. There were multiple printer issues but she still persisted and was able to rectify it promptly. 10/10 customer experience!
Worst Officeworks in Melbourne. I went to this branch today around 3:30pm & the guy on print & copy desk told me to use self service. 2 out of 4 machines were out of order. Customers on other two machines were printing and had a big job to do. I waited there for 10 minutes. I went back to same guy and requested to do a print as it was only one page print out. That guy was super rude, refused to do the job and told me to go somewhere else as there are many printing shops in the area. I was running late for work and waited 30 minutes for only one page of print out. I request to the officeworks management, please train your staff and tell them some customer service ethics. Such a bad experience with officeworks
Never an issue when I visit Officeworks South Dandenong. I don’t understand why people write adverse reviews about this store and the staff. Another great shopping experience this early morning when I met the lovely Krysta. She has served me on a few occasions. Krysta always goes above and beyond each and every time. As we chatted I found out that she had been working there for around 14 years. Is it any wonder? Loves her job and does it well with an appealing smile too. Thank you Krysta. Hi this store had the best print department. I did another job then there now. I do events and do printing regularly I am in Cranbourne 2 weeks ago on Friday at cranbourne store I was told I can't get a poster printed till Tuesday. The guy with specs was not helpfull at all, I came here they did it then there. It's not once many times it happen. They always say Yes instead of NO . The best print department so far with my experience.
Absolutely brilliant, has everything you would need for school and work. Everything is easy to find thanks to the convenient row headings. Even if you can't find what you are looking for, the staffs are there to help you out.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP! DONT CLICK AND COLLECT! STAY AWAY! AND THIS APPLIES TO ITS SISTER STORES IF THEY ARE OPERATING THE SAME WAY DURING RESTRICTIONS. I ordered a printer cartridge online through Dandenong South store and although items sitting on shelf I was advised that it would take 6 days for staff to pick/pack 1 X black printer cartridge. Unfortunately I wasnt advised of extended wait until after paying online. After seeking refund I decided the possible two week wait to have money returned was worse than the six day wait just to get my order, so I left it. After 6 days I received my SMS advising I could finally collect my single printer cartridge. Upon collection I was disgusted to see it had been incorrectly supplied as a magenta cartridge. Worse still I discovered there are no exchanges and that the refund process will take over 3 weeks or longer despite the fault being the staff at office works. I've decided to go elsewhere and don't think I will be back. Not only that, but there were several customers who I witnessed leaving in frustration after they were told office works couldn't assist with their enquiry. This is despite their website misleading customers into believing they could. I used to find Office Works very shopper friendly, but now I feel like their staff actually enjoy causing customers distress.
Staffs here giving me the impression of not wanting to work here and they rather be at somewhere else honestly. Was doing self serve printing and the top-up kiosk was not working, asked for help and the lady walked over with an “annoyed” look, just makes me so uncomfortable and as if I have done something wrong?

Order place at self serve photo station but no receipt came out. Waited 20 minutes to get my number. This is not happened once.
