They are not clear with their pricing with their print and copy services. I went up to the desk to ask if they can cut my papers that I printed with the self serve printer, and the store person said they can and took my papers. I was under the impression he is doing it and being nice but then he asked me cash or card. He charged me $5 to cut 21 sheets of paper. There was no mention that it was a paid service beforehand. I don't mind paying if I was told I had to pay. But it just caught me off guard. You should make your paid services clearer.nEven the lady in front of me had to scan some pages and was told at the end it was $50. She was totally surprised and then only did the store person tell her it was 50 cents per page, but it would've been half price if she did self serve.nYou need to tell people before hand the price we will pay so we can make a decision on whether we can go forward.
I’ve visited many Officeworks locations across Melbourne's SE suburbs but I keep returning to the Dandenong store for a reason! The customer service here is exceptional, especially in the printing services area. Over the years—even back when they were at their old Dandenong site—the staff have consistently gone above and beyond to help. The store is always well stocked, and click and collect is a breeze. Even when they’re busy, they make sure everyone feels taken care of. Dandenong Officeworks team, please keep up the fantastic work! It's rare to find a store with such great service and dedication.
I visited Officeworks in Dandenong to purchase the Google 30W charger, as it was showing in stock online but unavailable in my area. Since I was in a hurry, I asked a young staff member to help me locate it. After checking his computer, he said it wasn’t available, even though I could see it online. I decided to go to the charger section myself, found the tag for the Google charger, and took it to the counter. The staff at the counter then retrieved the charger from the cabinet for me.nnIt made me wonder if items like this are being held for friends or family, especially since it was being sold at almost half price. I just want to remind staff to do their jobs properly—many people would appreciate these kinds of opportunities. Please respect your job. Thank you to Officeworks and the hardworking team members who truly help customers.
I went to print some documents with different requirements A4, A3, color, black and white, lamination and the staff Olivia was efficient and patient to understand my requests. I had a good service.
Took a trip to Officeworks yesterday to buy a few things and wasn’t able to locate the items in the aisle I was told, I did see a friendly employee walking towards the back, assuming she was going on break. However she was patient and happy to help out without rushing but instead looked for the item with me. Esma was polite and answered all my questions, defiantly had a great experience.
