This morning l visited Officeworks - Dandenong South, the assistance & service received was outstanding. I was working around with items in the basket that was quite full & one of the staff members came to assist me with a trolley he was also kind enough to take my items to the front counter while l was trying to find other items. Thank you for all support & assistance today as it was very much appreciated.
I just bought an item from here ten minutes ago. Chris was very knowledgable and patient. He didn't judge my ignorance about computer specs. I went to enquire and had planned to shop around but Chris really impressed me with his knowledge and wasnt pushy at all. He didnt use jargon and used simple terms to explain the specs.nChris helped me to take an informed decision and i walked out with the product. We need more Chris's in Office works.nnAll the best Chris you will definetly reach heights in life as you are a subject matter expert and at the same time humble and down to earth. Now thats what we call a deadly combination for a good salesman in tech business! Well done office works dandenong.. Ill be coming there again coz of Chris!
I had a great experience at the Dandenong office thanks to Dan in print and copy. He was extremely patient and helpful while assisting me with printing. Dan took the time to ensure everything was done correctly and made the process so much easier. I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend his support!
What a joke of a staff they have. It felt queue never moved as there was one person working in the print/scan area. And he’s not working willingly either from what I experienced. He was moving barely and had to ask for my poster to be passed down as he was kept taking other clients’ orders as my product just sat there.
