The Good Guys Dandenong

I believe they are the best consumer electronics store in Victoria. The staff are very knowledgeable and can assist with almost everything I hit them with. The prices are fantastic and they always have what I have wanted. I spoke with the manager last time I was there (I have been a few times now) and he was outstanding. I will be back for more.

My favorite shop ! The Customer service is outstanding. Staff on shop helping people know their job very well. Ali, the shop manager & Vicki helped me out. Thanks to them, I could have a great bargain on different items. If I could , I’d definitely give this shop at least 10 stars. Reasonable prices. I’m a loyal fan to The Good Guys shop.

Ali - manager is always efficient, provides great customer service and the most competitive price. I have bought at least 7 items (3 x washing machines, dryer, dishwasher, gas stove top, air conditioner) off the top of my head )in the past 5 years. for myself, my family or tenants, and each time, we have been looked after from start to finish. Could not find a more competitive pricing anywhere else. Well done Good Guys Dandenong. No doubt we will be back anytime you have anything we need, that you sell!

The guys here always provide excellent customer service, I’ve made a number of purchases now from this store and have always been impressed with how knowledgeable the whole team is and how easy they make the experience. It’s definitely not the closest good guys to home, but it’s the one I’ll always go to when I need something. A well deserved 5 stars!

My wife and I always shop for all our goods at the Good Guys Dandenong store. The staff are friendly and the service is great. We also get looked after with prices for this reason half the equipment in our business was purchased from the Good guys. Great effort guys
