First and last time shopping with Modesty Collection. Staff was not friendly at all in helping out. My wife bought a kurtah for me which was not fitting, they say that she could change it but didn’t say before 14 days. I was busy with work, we had the time to go back but they say its more than 14 days. 5 days late. Kurtah has never been worn with tag on it and receipt of purchase. So if you not sure about the saiz, dont buy it. Very disappointed & not professional. There are other good shop with friendly staff.
Very good shop, everyone working there are very respectful and very helping I would recommend everyone to go there. All items are well priced and very good quality as advertised may allah bless them for hard work.
First and last time shopping with Modesty Collection. After a huge delay, they promised to ship all the goods but they broke their promise and then they shipped a partial delivery without my consent even though I asked to cancel my order and requested a full refund!!! I don’t recommend at all. Not professional.
Overall I had a fantastic experience with them. They reply quick to customer enquiries, they have a wide range of products and their staff are so kind mashallah tabarakallah. Definitely shopping here again.
overpriced items, pathetic service... i bought praying mat from Marmara meats for $10 and Modesty in dandenong plaza was selling the same praying mat for $25. i have always noticed that the ladies sitting on counter never greets their customer nor they seems interested to help.... when ever i go to this shop i get a feeling that i am going to some third world country grocery shop
Their shop is amazing. I had ordered 1600grams of ajwa 800*2, however they had only 1 pack of 800g, so they suggested to ship me 1 pack of 800g and 2 packs of 500g and didn't charge me for the extra 200g that I got. So I am very pleased with the customer service. Zamzam and ajwa dates are very good quality. Just a humble request to reduce the price of zamzam water.
One of the worst services I received today . The seller has a very bad attitude towards the customer. And unfortunately, because of the irresponsible seller, I lost twenty dollars.
I found lots of item are overpriced, recently they charged me $30 for pair of socks, would you believe that. Also, the quality deteriorated very quick. Please please everyone is not rich to pay top dollars.
The modesty in dandeong is good to shop but the owner has no manner to talk with ladies. Especially as the religious person, he should learn a manner to give a respect.
I love coming here, mashAllah, I love listening to the Quran recitation while browsing their books of knowledge they have. However, the prices especially of the clothing could be better.
