The pharmasist I charge of prescriptions is absolutely useless. Every time I’m in to get my regular medication there is always some sort of issue and if you arrive anytime within 30minutes of them closing it’s like he’s just done with his day. Ive been prescribed the same medication since I was 19 and never has he tried to accomodate for me. It’s always come back tomorrow. never going back here
Pharmacists helpful. The tall guy happy to recommend something. The big fella, who now is not so big maybe on ozempic is nice and is a good listener. He recommended me some pills for my 3rd cold sore in my whole life and it worked! Store was being mopped today so gives me confidence they're on top of hygiene. I would prefer the spread of pathogens being more reduced by encouraging masks, saw so many sick people wondering around... Children and elderly are high risk so anyone with symptoms should mask up. This could be overseen by security as he definitely makes himself aware he's watching you shop not pocket shop.. plenty of chairs outside and parking never an issue.
I went there to buy a toothbrush n the one I bought was of 1.99 as the price tag shows n there was a line of those type of toothbrush not a one or two was there but when I went for billing a female staff was there n she charged me 2.99 I even told her that the price tag is of 1.99 but she said no this is the price of that item. She didn’t even bothered to check that. If this the actual price then they should put that price tag accordingly. Its not good to show something n sell something else.
Workers are very rude, no help when nicely asked, very disappointed! Other than this the Pharmacists here were very nice and helpful! Staff don’t look happy and don’t interact with you when going to registers.
I have been coming to Chemist Warehouse Noble Park for years. However this morning the chemist pharmacist guy at the dispensary was rude. Instead of coming to me and talking, he was talking loudly from the dispensary. He should be retrained on how to speak to customers. I will be boycotting this chemist from now on.
