Very disappointing and concerning experience.nI purchased a thermometer from this chemist to check my child’s temperature when they were unwell. The thermometer showed a normal reading, however when I checked again using another thermometer, my child had a high fever. In reality, my child was clearly sick and had a fever.nI returned to the store hoping for an explanation. However, the pharmacist was extremely rude and dismissive. When I explained the issue, the only response I received was “it's work”, with no explanation or concern about the inaccurate reading or my child’s condition.nThis lack of care and professionalism is very concerning, especially when it involves a child’s health. I expected better service.
Sent an email about a price match for a black friday special on the 24th on november. No reply till today after the sales have finished. So now they won't do it. When running a business I didn't think it would take almost 2 weeks to reply. Honestly this is why online is killing retail. How is service this slow, online would have already delivered before they can reply.
Great chemist, best chemist warehouse in the area. Pharmacy is quick and efficient, and there's rarely many people there at any given time. Best in the area.
Worst Chemist branch ever! Went here today to buy stuff and ask assistance on our Statutory Declaration and a rude pharmacist said she can’t do it as no pharmacist is there to do it for us my Aunt and Uncle. Like really? Chemist warehouse without a chemist? She’s obviously a chemist and lied about it just to reject our request of assistance.nnI tried asking one of the guys, who’s wearing a pharmacist uniform, and he said “Sorry I’m busy” and just walked off.nnI would of understand if they politely said they can’t help but the rude approach was really unacceptable. I mean, we are customers too?nnI really hope their management can do something about it.
The store manager Lazarus or sth was so rude. He asked back “so what” when a customer complained about the mistake made by him in purpose. When i read the reviews it wasnt just me but others having the same issue. Seem like he doesnt care if the customers are coming back.
