I went here today to get some groceries and I was shocked with how the staff treat their customers like we are thieves and security looking at me like I wasn’t going to pay…I understand you have shoplifting in your store but not everyone is a thief so please stop accusing people wrongly or I won’t be coming back to this store. You are judging people unfairly and not treating people with kindness. So I won’t be coming back to this store. There are lots of other stores I can go to where I don’t have these problems.
This is a smaller Coles store and has a limited range of products. The store has a very old feel about it, like 1970's. It is convenient when you just want to grab a few items and the staff are friendly. Plenty of parking at the back but the back door shuts after about 8.00pm and you need to enter from the front door. It's for security reasons but doesn't make it more secure for customers if you park at the back and have to walk to the front in the dark.
Lots of homeless people and their belongings blocking the entry, it’s right at the entry of the Cole’s in part and not the main strip so they should do somethingnnNO one to scan your groceries, self serve only. I just wanted a water bottle and it wasn’t in stock, useless
If I could give zero stars I would. You hardly find anyone on the floor and when u do they know nothing. I never can find what I am looking for, shelves are always empty or don't even stock the product... I wonder why they keep it open
My local store, I've been a customer for decades. It's a small store so choice is inevitably limited, but excellent for your more day-to-day stuff. Staff uniformly excellent.nRecommended.
