Coles Noble Park is clean, well-organized, and has a good variety of products. The staff are friendly and helpful, and checkout is usually quick. A convenient spot for everyday shopping..
Absolute chaos, tiny range and cramped. Mixed with people not being self aware, you're almost always being walked into or blocked in the aisles.
For nearly a year going to this Coles store and yesterday was the last straw and will never again go to any Coles stores around the area.nnI needed a few items and could not find a product I needed, looked around for assistance and went through all the aisle to find a staff member and by chance I found one, I asked the staff member if they stocked the product and ahe couldn't find it on the shelves either and told me I'll be back and see if they have the product, I waited in the aisle for over 5 minutes for her to come back with a response, I went to go and search for her and found her in the slf check area talking to 2 of the other females staff, just having a personal conversation, so ended placing the items I had back and walked out of the store and she shrugged as I walked out saying this is the worse store and no cumstomer service. Even if you want only cash out, you need to buy something to do so and the staff complain when you stand at the service desk for cash out, as they want you to use the self check out and when you ask for help, they always seem annoyed for disrupting their personal conversations.nnI'm done going to any Coles store in the area and for the lack of service and treating their customers with disrespect. I will always now go to Safeway, their still give customer service and when you need cash out, you have no need to buy a product in order to do so and the staff are always friendly, unlike Coles.nnColes has become to much of a Woke corporation that customer service no longer exist.
Always I feel happy to shoop in Coles Noble Park, Shelves are stocked, great specials and Staff members do their best to help you. Special thanks to Asunta she make the difference.
