Have bought TV and washing machine recently. The service and advice was great from both sales people I dealt with new everything I needed to know.

Don't bother. They were happy for me to buy electrical online with a competitor than be in the store and offer a discount to match. If they couldn't have matched the complete discount at least you could have tried to get my business. They were just not interseted at all. No wonder online trading is better than retail. Sad Harvey Norman, you have lost me and I will tell my friends of the bad experience.

Had an extremely bad experience dealing, don't buy anything from this store...Most unfriendly store, don’t know what is customer service. If they take an order, first off all they don’t respond and after chasing them about the item, they will say item is unavailable and your only option is to take the floor stock or get your money back……. they don't understand is by the time they inform about unavailable stock, you would have lost the opportunity to go to a different store...Very nice way of getting rid of your floor stock… The Manager’s don’t know customer services or how to handle issues…..strongly suggest look for other Harvey Norman store or if stock is unavailable go to a competitor.
