Disappointed with the service. Their delivery service is horrible. Hours of delay. Delivered a TV with a dent on in the original box and a sound bar on the display as a brand new one in a box with an open seal. Extremely disappointed with the service. This is my first attempt to buy something from Harvey Norman. Don’t even think to step to their stores here after. Better to go with Good-guys a company never does third class cheating like Harvey Norman.
Amelia was fantastic. My husband and I came in today looking for new living area furniture and she not only understood our aesthetic and vision, she found pieces we didn’t even think of that we have now fallen in love with. We will be back without hesitation all because of Amelia’s service. No pressure, no cheap sales tactics, just incredible service.
nI had an excellent experience with Hashom,apologies if I’ve misspelled your name who helped me purchase a computer and additional accessories. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for tech advice or assistance.
My husband & I went shopping today for a new high quality TV with sound bar etc. The man in TV section around 40 ish wasn't helpful & gave us misleading information re the difference between the top of the range in Sony & the one that we had researched that wasn't supposedly available which wasn't true either we left & went to Harvey Norman Fountain Gate & received exceptional customer service from a young chap, 22 years of age in the TV section for which we will give him 5 stars & we actually up sized the TV & got everything we wanted!! The Dandenong store didn't have a good vibe either with too many Consultants hovering over us like sharks.
We had an excellent experience at Harvey Norman Dandenong, thanks to Sal and his reporting manager. They helped us get a great deal on a Samsung TV and were incredibly patient throughout the process. They provided us with multiple offers to ensure we got the best value for our purchase.nnWhat truly stood out was their dedication — even though it was past their working hours and the store had closed, they stayed back to show us different options and helped process the payment without any rush or hesitation.nnThis has been the best Harvey Norman store experience we've had so far, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and support.
