Horrible. One of the worst customer service in store and by phone directly to this store. The manager Hijjab never returned my calls. It has been 8 days still waiting for a call. The other workers are rude, told me store was closed and it was still opened. Shane was very helpful. For a manager not to have the respect and care to deal with customers is disgusting and not good enough. Going in to this store is a nightmare. One of the worst customer service on all accounts.

Horrendous customer service in you cosmetic and fragrance area especially for Dior and Chanel. Asked for assistance and the lady wanted to spend her time cleaning the area instead and just watched me standing there. Never coming back.
It is usually good but very frustrating when you arrive at a check-out only to be told that there is a queue... I didn't see that. After joining the queue on the opposite side of the displays as instructed, the two ladies proceeded then to serve others instead of me that walked up just like i did.
Myer Fountain Gate - great place to shop. They have something for everyone. We'll lit. Clean. Spacious. So much variety. Unfortunately, customers leave the changing rooms in a terrible mess. Toilets lovely and clean. Everything in order and we'll presented
