As always, Myer have a nice range of product but lack customer service skills. Asked one of the girls for assistance and got pointed towards the service centre as it wasn't her section...it would have taken her 1 minute to help me. On the other side, we went to see Santa and had a very positive experience. He was great with the kids and had so much fun. It really made the kids day. Thanks for a great job!
Went in to Myer to set up a gift registry. The staff were lovely and very helpful. However, the tech that is setup to complete gift registry’s are outdated, slow, and continuously crashing which required a lengthy restart process. In dire need of a revamp to make the process comparable to competitors. Ended up leaving due to the tech issues and will complete our own gift list. In summary, the staff were amazing. The tech though was not up to 2020 era standard for a renown department store. This review is more of a FYI for an area in need of improvement.
Always enjoy going there for shopping or window shopping hahaha. Polite, cooperative staff. Good stuff. But pricy when not on sale.
I was at Myer with a damaged item to return. The lady at click and Collect section was very kind, helpful, explained us everything and we ended up buying more than we bought before. Exceptional customer service.
Terrible experience at fragrances section today. Staff member was extremely unhelpful, judgmental and rude. Testers were empty and when I asked she said “ we don’t replace them because people steal them”. I asked for a product and instead of helping me find it, she said “ you don’t know what you need”. Rude comments when I tested a product…. Extremely helpful and ruined all the joy of shopping. I was so unhappy that I returned the products I had already paid for.
I found it annoying when trying to buy a pair of shoes that there were no prices visible on most of the stock on display. To find the price I had to queue at the checkout and with the shortage of staff this was not a quick process. I asked a salesgirl why the prices were not on display and she said "Thee prices are on the boxes"! I told her there were no boxes in the shop area and she said " They are in the store room"!
Dennis the manager says, "what do you want me to do, cry about it?" This, after I called them out on their sale signs planted all over their kenji mens wear area for 40% off, but mixing in full priced items which made the bulk of the racks. All I did was tell them that that was mislabelling and possibly fraud. Long story short, probably the rudest encounter I've ever had with a sales clerk especially during Christmas. Male "Karen's" do exist, can confirm. But he's name is Dennis - Myer, Fountain Gate.
Myers staff were good. The boutique brand staff were only interested in their brands and were not very helpful about other aspects of Myer.
I always shop from Myer fountain gate ,but today at kitchen section 2 staff member was there Kiran and petuol when I asked to help me out for searching the product the lady her name is petuol I think .she was very rude and un mannered lady .I waited 10 minutes for them but they ignored me . Even they were rude with other customers as well .
Brought a $400 Tommy jumper and warn it once, put it in the the washing machine by itself on delicate wash and cold wash and good washing powder and then colour run everwhere on the jumper and ruined it, there's no chance it was authentic Tommy Hilfiger jumper, definitely would not buy from here again
