Very happy with service received from Berwick Jeep. Big thanks to staff & management especially Daniel & his wonderful salesperson for making the purchase of my JEEP Cherokee 2024 model so smoothly. Highly recommended & customer satisfied.

Absolutely hopeless Service/Parts Department.  They now say that they cannot service a Jeep dated before 2014 as they do not have the equipment to do it.  Up until now Sept 2024  they had been servicing our 2005 Jeep that we purchased from them new since 2006.  They were not even willing to order Jeep parts for an older model claiming that 90+ percent of Jeep parts are not available /on back order.  This dealer has just removed all of their Jeep signage from the outside dealership and it is clear that they don't want to support any Jeep owners unless as they told me in person the car is currently under the manufacturer's warranty. I would never by a new car from this dealer ever based on this disgusting behaviour.

Terrible service. Didn’t fix the problems we asked for at the start of the day. Said car would be ready at 1pm. Arrived at 3:30 and wasn’t ready, went to fix a brake light after I arrived shocked we wanted it fixed even though it was on their notes. Added extra charges to a loan car hire for their faulty key.nNever trust them

Great service customer and mechanical love the musso I bought from these guys our ride to adventure!. Almost just as much, I love the way the experience of feeling looked after has continued; it feels like they value the person more than the sale… got my eyes on the Aus release of the Torros EVX, they’ll be my first point of call, when the time comes to do business.

I will not recommend anyone to purchase any vehicle from Berwick motorgroup. This dealership is fraud and they don’t know how to deal with the customer but they know how to cheat the customer.nI purchased the Ssangyong rexton from Berwick motorgroup 2 months back they have to fix the bumper. I already waited 2 months for fixing this issue and finally when they fixed they just done a scam with me. They just grind the part rather then putting the new parts.nSo requesting you guys think before purchasing the new or used vehicle from Berwick motorgroup, this team is totally fraud and they don’t care about your time and money.nI also attached the photo how they fraud to customers.nThanks
