We are a group of elderly people, we have been going there for many years but in recent months, e are too scared to go there because there are two gentlemen there “begging” isn’t that a crime & police can charge them? who are quite intimidating. I used to wait for someone else to be walking and I would hurry past them.nI feel obliged to put money in their hat.nWhy should we be taken advantage of. I’m very charitable and give too many charities but this is different.nWe won’t go there.nManagement need to know you will lose more business.nStaff very nice and helpful. But they need to ‘clean’ up the outside.
Every time I go here the customer service is always bad. What happened to customer service? No one greets or smiles. Self serve checkout the staff member is just standing there watching & looked very bored. There’s always this 1 man who works there and while working his bringing out his phone. Workers are always chatting amongst themselves and I hear everything. I don’t like coming here.
I have struggled to find the bread my family enjoys. Not available in Fountain Gate.nHallam, perfect. Isabella who is in the bakery has looked after me and produced the bread I need.nn .n
Visited 11.08.2024. Ended up only buying 2 items from my shopping list because all the other sale items were gone. Those of shelves were emptied. Won't be shopping at here.
