Well where do I start. The manager of this store thinks he owns 7Eleven the way he talks . One of my driver left the truck there and jumps in the car with his Mrs to visit there sick child in Monash then this manager calls me and goes I’ll take the air off the wheels if this truck is not moved and he goes his parked half on the cerb if it damages the garden whose gonna fix it. Well there’s other truck that’s parked there coz his a same nationality as the manager that’s no problems. His wrecked the garden with his wheel marks . I have stopped all my trucks and myself fueling up at that place . I live like 2sec from it but I got and fuel else where . I’m a 7Eleven customer spend about 25k on fuel a month. 7 eleven should look into this managers and way they act before they lose all there customer. One of the worst site manager in my life I have seen.
I attempted to visit this store during the evening of Friday June 21. Unfortunately I could not enter the store as the attendant was nowhere to be seen. I stood patiently in the doorway in case the attendant was busy with administrative tasks out the back, but the door never opened.
The cashier was so rude and he keeps thinking the kids stole something from the candy aisle. He just throws the candy on the counter even when we're being nice to him.
I went to buy an engine oil yesterday night on 3/10/2024 around 10:00pm the guy who was ok the counter was having such a bad behaviour towards me and rest of customers very poor customer service i am not going there anymore to even get a coffee very bad experience if the owner is reading my comments please keep check on your staff
Today I bought a Large coffee for 3$ , bcz it was too Hot I got an extra Empty cup and the lady in the counter charged me for that ‍ , she was so rude and apparently it is her policy ‍‍‍‍
