I had my Transit van in at Coffey Ford Hallam for an problem with the fuel filter. 
When I picked it up the entire dashboard was not working. I had not had an issue with this before. 
Since then I've had my van back in at Coffey ford four times to fix the dash, each time I was told it is fixed. It was not fixed. Coffey Ford charged me twice to fix the dash and yet it was still broken. They refuse to refund me for work that wasn't completed and a problem I never had until my van went into their garage. 
To add to this unprofessionalism , their mechanics also left a few plugs in the engine bay unplugged, I noticed this myself and called in to show them. I've never come across such a clueless business. I want my money back!!!
