Booked a courtesy car for a day a month in advance and I was told I need to return it on the same day even though I mentioned during booking I need to return it the next day. I was quoted higher than other places but was ok to pay extra for a courtesy car. I had to schedule my entire day to get this done and the news of this was mentioned to me when I was there dropping off my car. The sales assistant Trish was obvious she didn’t care to lose my business or offer help.

Experience as the dealership was fantastic. I was made to feel very comfortable in purchasing my new Alfa Giulietta. 
The process from start to finish was a breeze.
Thanks to all staff that helped out in me purchasing the car and having it ready for me.
P.s Loved the Big red bow when I picked the car up. Nice touch guys.

Love my little Fiat 500, the staff were great and very knowledgeable made me feel welcome! The decision to buy was just easy.
