They did a great scheduled service and also found some other issues that had been overlooked after some recent work done by another company on the exhaust/intake. the service was amazing! The back left end of my car was making noises and Brad got me in straight away. He was in touch with me regularly throughout the day about and told me he believed it was the wheel bearing. He had the bearing replaced by lunch time, and my car is good as new! No more noises. Always amazing service, been here twice now and the price is always very reasonable. I went in for a log-book service and just general diagnostic/maintenance of my Audi A5. Brad was a massive help in looking into and solving issues that the car had and it could potentially have in the future with dedicated research hours and he had also made an effort to reach out to me on multiple occasions whether it was to inform me of the car's condition/what needed to be done or to check in to see how the car has been holding up after the services had been done. All these interactions made me extremely appreciative of the service and the business has definitely earned a returning customer in me in the future. Brad and the guys down at rapid tune hallam go the extra mile and more for their customers. They dropped me home and picked me up after my van was ready following a major service and then followed up with me twice in the week afterwards. Also checking in when my next service is roughly due. Brad and team are very professional and helpful. I had my 2 cars for tyre replacement and change of disc Rotors and brake pads. They did a exceptional job. They are very punctual.
